Our product only functions for Google products, requiring a Google account for authentication and login. These product collect your email address for the first authentication in the application.
The authentication is done by Google default method. Without this authentication, our product will not function correctly, authentication can be revoked or withdrawn by the user at any time. Your email address will be utilized to activate your license and send a communication such as confirmation email and customer service updates.
Payment data: when paying to subscribe to a service by Stripe. This service asks for your name, email and your credit card details. This allows us to collect Stripe service fees and send invoices to you.
Your credit card is transferred directly to Stripe payment processor and never passes through our servers. Stripe is an API technology that provides online payment processing and commerce solutions for Internet businesses and is used by companies like Amazon, Google.
When you email our support team with a question, we will retain that conversation and email address for future reference. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Business data:Our products log data via Google Cloud Logging and database. The main purpose of logging is to improve the product and investigate bugs or abuse. The logged data mainly consists of which function has been called such as add-on was opened, license was activated. The data will not be used for any other commercial purpose.
Google User Data Access: Our application accesses Google user data only as necessary to provide its core functionality.

– Generating document/ quiz /approval workflows based on Google Form responses

We do not store unnecessary Google user data.
Data Retention & Deletion: We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by request. Upon request, we will delete all associated user data within a reasonable timeframe.
